I have downloaded the firewire update onto a USB, I have plugged it into my TV and it recognises the update file is there but then tells me "TV cannot update via this usb stick" any suggestions?

Try first to reboot Android TV by keeping pressed Power OFF on remote, and retry...

Try to unzip the file with WinRAR or, restore the TV to factory settings (after an update it is still suggested by Sony).

It seems to be stuck in a loop. Getting to about 20% then restarting the TV and going back to the start. Is that normal?
