Camera error in safe mode too

Getting camera error when turning on the camera and also cant record videos. Says recording in progress by another application so cant record. Reebooting the phone in safe mode didnt fix the problem

I think you should disable OK google detection from any screen.

Thank you... now it is solved...But why i cant use googe ok detection and record videos
