You can use a taskiller or task manager BUT this will create other issues, from connectivity issues, apps crashing, draining your battery faster, etc. 

Android will free up RAM as need it

dont clear ram it will drain battery faster and you will loose smooth in the phone ..forget about the ram and do what you want you have 1gb ram

You should not use those apps, but if you do and another app or apps are acting up, your battery drain faster, you know what the issue is

How to clear RAM IN sony c having low internal memory and not possible to download New apps as phone factory apps are existed.,and no chance to download New apps even the install position prefers to sd card.
Give solution.
