xperia c5 ultra restarting issue

i had my xperia c5 for 2 years it worked fine ...but reacently ( a few months ago ) in every restart procces it is stuck on the blue waves screen so i had to solve it with sony companion each time ... is it a software or hardware issue or i have to get rid of it ???

ps : sony warranty is not available in my country
