No power

Hi all

I hope someone can help me. I have a DCR-HC22E that will not charge or turn on, I've tried a new battery and charger and nothing seems to make any difference. Has anyone else had this issue and can help me.

You did change the USB cable as well I presume?

Did you try to charge another device with the cable and charger to test if it charges?

Hey @Chrisl10, have you tried connecting the AC adaptor to the wall socket? You can also try to reset it by pressing on the reset button located on the back of the camera.
