Can we use a part of the SD storage as part of Internal memory??

I'm not sure what you mean. You can set cetain things to save to the sd card instead of to the Internal storage, such as pictures. And or you can move certain files from internal storage to the sd card to free up internal storage space. But you can't increase the internal storage space it's self.
