Volume indication showed often

Hi everyone, I am Amarjeet Singh from India. I bought e4 dual last year. I am satisfied with it but now it showing me volume indication after every 5,10 minutes, I don't know why. I wanted to exchange this mobile.

No, I couldn't find the sony's diagnostic software. I don't want to check with other softwares.
