I think that's impossible to change or install new dictionaries ("normal way"). I never heard about a Russian version of a Sony reader previously PRS-T1/fb2 (with Cyrillic/Russian language support). The only way, perhaps, is rooting (PRS+ (prs-plus)) but, for me, it's not safe and I don't recommend it.
