I have recently purchased MDR-RF811RK headphones and when I set the headphones up following the manual it is all set up correctly and i have followed all the steps of finding the best audio by using the channel settings etc. so thay both match on the receiver and on the headphones its self.
Which ever channel the headphones are set to I still get the white noise in the background and the only way to stop the noise is either unplug the headphones and ont use them which i obviously do not want to do or if I turn the volume on the headphones off another thing I do not want to do.
I have also tried changing the volume and settigns in the TV to find the right balance but it doesnt seem to matter the noise wint go away.
