Hi All,
this AV amp is around 7.5 years old, lightly and rarely used. For the second time it has lost control of volume either by remote or manually.
The first time I had it repaired by the Sony agent. This time I need to weigh if the repair is a waste of money and put the product down to poor judgement.
Any solutions?
