Question

I own 2 models of Sony SACD 555ES-one has bright display the other much dimmer-there is no mention of any option to change level of brightness in handbook? Any Ideas?

Hi Coronation,

welcome to the Sony User Community Forum..:smileyhappy:

 

There is not any way to adjust the intensity of the panel brightness, the only option available is to use the remote to turn the display off or on..

 

Without having the devices examined by a repair specialist it would be hard to tell which display panel is the correct brightness, has either of the SACD 555ES's either been modified or repaired in the past..:smileyconfused:
