CD sound drop thru UBP-X700 and HT-ZF9

When playing CD's through the above set up the sound drops out every minute or so.

Do you have the latest software version installed on both the player and the soundbar?

Yes. They are both a brand new buy. Sound drops out of any CD I play.

Does the sound only drop when playing CDs? what about streaming apps? Does the sound drop if you play CDs and let the sound come out of the TV speakers?

Hi Apologies for the delay. The CD's drop out thru the sound bar but not thru the TV. At the moment I don't steam apps.
