Hi. I wonder if anyone can help. We have had some issues with the subwoofer not being very load. It used to be great. I have tried the obvious things like reconnecting to sound bar, turning the subwoofer volume up but it’s still really quiet. All that is said about this in the manual is about it depends on what is playing but when watching films on sky or the fire stick it all sounds very tinny. The Sony tv KD-55XE9005 was purchased all together and did work fine up until a few months ago. If I turn the subwoofer volume down a few times it just then doesn’t work at all. Is anyone having issues? Or has the subwoofer gone wrong?? Thanks in advance
