Sony BDP-S570B "insufficient memory" using BBC IplayerAny ideas?

When I try to use bbc iplayer on my new Sony BDP-S570B blu-ray player, I just get a message saying "insufficient memory".  Any ideas?

Hi

This is a known intermittant issue which is presently under investigation with the BBC. Could you let me know which ISP you presently use?
