STR-DH790 AV

Does anyone no why I can’t get Dolby Atoms on my STR-DH790? My setup is a LG C9 Oled connected to my Sony STR-DH790 through the eArc connections, using a 8k 48Gb sec cable, both devices have the eArc enabled but I still only get DD+, this is with Disney+ via the TV app any ideas?

Hi,

As far as I know Disney+ is currently not delivering Dolby Atmos due to the current situation.

However, please confirm with Disney+.
