Another Touchscreen Problem

am having xperia m2 aqua for about 2 weeks now,

and this morning i accidentally have my phone running an ap (i dont know the app name) but after that, my touchscreen doesn't work, and only give a voice e.g when i try to swipe up to unlock, it shows a yellow line and a voice "swipe up or down to unlock".

i tried to restart conservatively and it can't shut the phone off since, the touchscreen doesnt work and the phone give a voice of "power off"

and i tried to eject sim card like the other thread says, it succeed. but after the restart the screen still having that problem

this condition cant allow me to reset to factory setting.

is there any solution to this? pls this phone desperating me like crazy rite now, thanks

If your phone is talking to you then you have enabled Talkback and 2 or 3 touches are required to open an app and two fingers are need to swipe - So open Settings then Accessibility then untick Talkback

I have that problem too.  Mine is, I fell asleep last night while recharging my Sony Xpreria M2 phone.  I woke up at 3 'o clock in the morning and when I opened my phone, the talk back was already on and I could not swipe the touch screen.

Now, I can't shut-off the talk back because I can't go to settings and accessibility.  It is alaso hard to send text messages. How can I fix this?  Your immediate response is highly appreciated.
