Missing Conversion app after factory reset..

After the factory reset the Unit Conversion app is missing from my phone.. I tried resetting many times..even tried software repaire using pc companion.But no use.Can anyone please tell where i can download the app..or can anybody upload the app..and give me the link

Download the zip file and Extract.

You can find the file in System>app folder
