what about my build number 4.0.2.A.0.62. ? can anyone explainl about this?

or maybe my build number wouldn't get the upgrade.

you got it all wrong, the 4.0.4 update is out but you need to check your SI number, not your build number

Your carrier has the ability to approve or reject the update (any update) for any device. It is very like ICS will arrive in all COUNTRIES, but considering each country has multiple carriers, it might not come to every device.

In the end, it is very likely you will get ICS, but we cannot confirm it.
