battery problem

guys my lww is just one month old. for the past few weeks my battery is behaving weirdly. when it is completely charged it takes a lot of time to discharge from the 100% mark, once it beacomes 99% it behaves normally till 35% after that it suddenly says 1% battery and gets swwitched off. when i put t in charge it starts to charge from 35% pls help me guys

thanks nabeel my battery level dropped from 77 to 44% hope this ll work. but y is it happening like this? have any explanation?

k mate thanks anyway. btw wud u recommend to get updated to ics now or ther r a few bugs to be fixed in it? i read reports reg numerous prob after the update. what's ur thought?

just heads up people with battery issues i found out if you move certain programs to sd i dont know which ones they try to send out data constently on a frequent basis i had my wifi on to allow them to jsut keep going and so far 17 hrs normal use on battery i had issues like that before try a fresh install of the rom no programs turn auto sync off for a day and see how it does? let me know if it helps
