Finger touch traced by a blue line

Since the last upgrade 4.0.4 ( i think) I see a blue line tracing my finger movements on the screen.

Does any of you have an idea how to disable this ?

go to Settings>Developer options>pointer location

unmark pointer location

settings > developer options > uncheck pointer location

My Xperia Z doesn't have the developer option in the settings menu....... where now
