How to downgrade firmware updatese

Hi......... After i bought Sony xperia neo l it appeared an fimware update 4.1.B.0.631............ So i update it bt after the update my mobile become slower like some games lags too much and also it slow down the mobile i want downgrade the firmware version is there any solution how to downgrade???

Please tell me...................

you have 2 options

1) take it to a Sony repair center or

2) manually downgrade your phone
