ics update and menu sounds problem going crazy

i have arc, and in the sounds menu all the sound options are unticked but while using touchscreen i cant get rid of sounds like waterdrops or increasing decreasing signal soundsss, terrible.....help

go to settings -> accesibility and make sure it's off

thanks a lot i have been using galaxy nexus for 4 months i have never looked at talkback options, my brothers xperia arc update come with talkback options on, thanks for the info :))))
