Live With Walkman - ICS update

I'm desperately waiting for ICS update on my LWW. I am new to android and I know its going to be lot more fun to explore android 4.0. Having said that, I'm afraid of LWW's internal memory. Will Android 4.0 work seamlessly with the lowest internal memory available in the phone? 

Ok, being a lazy person to move apps regularly to SD card, I have one more question: can I tweak the OS to completely ignore phone's internal memory, create virtual partition on SD card and assign that partition as internal memory of the phone?

it will be a bit laggy, the more widgets that you have on your homescreen the slower it will be.
