I tried searching by my own and tried to root my phone, but ended up bugging it and had to delete everything and return it to factory settings. I have a SE XPERIA Pro with ICS. Originally I wanted to root it to change the cyrillic hardware keyboard layout. But now after I returned the factory settings the qwerty layout also somehow became wrong - some symbols are replaced and don't match the ones on the hardware keyboard and others are missing. I looked in the qwerty-en.xml and saw that everything is fine, so I guess editing the xml file wont be enough to change the layout.
So here is my question - what is the fastest way to root my phone, change the layouts for english and bulgarian(cyrillic) on the hardware keyboard and unroot it?
Just in case to remind that I use ICS. The version is 4.1.B.0.431. Also please be as detailed as possible. I still haven't fugired out how to "make sure have installed adb drivers for [my] device". So answers like "Use Flashtool Period" are out. Thank you.
