problem in updating

hi, im having a problem on updating my phone (Xperia ray), i tried to update it using pc companion., but its not successful, it is already in number 3(update), then it suddenly stop and said that there was problem occured, i unplug the cable and try to open it, but it did not open, please help me.. please

hays.., i just tried to update it.,then something went wrong the update was not successful., when i tried to open it i saw an exclamation mark inside a yellow triangle..:smileycry:

hi, i cannot update my phone, my SI number is on the list, there is always a note that failure to install or update the phone.any help please.
