Serious Issue after ICS update on Xperia mini pro

Helllo,

I updated my Xperia mini pro phone to ICS following the instructions were given in PC companion. After the battery removal, the phone couldn't start the OS anymore. There is always a picture with a phone with an exclamation mark. After that the phone shuts down and then restart again.

I followed accurately all the instructions! I'm really sad, because I would need my phone for my work and I cannot use it!

Please help me!

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe
