Xperia V not connecting to PC

hello

ive been trying to connect my Xperia to my PC (Samsung Rf711 (Win 7 64bit, 8gig ram) )

i have the Pc thingy installed from sony but still neirter the phone or the PC reconizes that it is connected

other times the phone connects and disconnect mulitable times

Xperia V black non-rooted ,latest andriod

I have the same problem. I tried accessing the link posted by Alexander, but it keeps saying the message is not available. Please help???
