i have gone onto correct web page, followed instructions and still i cant set it up.
the system keeps saying my invoice is not recognised. i ordered my tv on line and it came from maedowhall sony store, can any one help?

Sorry not sure if your 5 year guarantee is with Sony or with the Sony Centre.
It may be worth contacting the Sony Helpline to confirm or even the Sony Centre at meadowhall to get some help.

I also bought my Bravia from a Sony Centre. I was told that my five-year warranty would be posted to me. So it's just a question of waiting!

I hope you managed to sort this one out, I find it strange that the Sony center has said the 5yr warranty would be posted to you as normally you would have to send off a form for the 5yr guarantee.
A phone call to Sony would assure me that the guarantee is being processed.
