I Pod connectivity

Why will my I pod nano not work through the usb port, i have accessed the relevant port and music on the menu and although I pod controls is dispalyed there is no data present. I pod shows connected and not the usual menus etc.

Hi I dont believe iPod USB function is available on the TV's yet, it is a specific function, unlike normal USB devices the iPod range is restricted, if you plug your iPod into a PC you cannot see the music content.it will only transfer via iTunes, there are new pruducts available like our BDV home theater systems that now have iPod via USB.
