Info bar on KDL-48WD653

 Hello

I am wondering if anyone can help me with the info bar on my TV as if I can't get it sorted soon the TV will be sold and its my first Sony TV and the only TV I have had this info bar problem with.  I have tried everything I can think of but nothing is working.. Any help on this would be great.?????

Hello 

Any time I stream a movie or anything for that matter a drop down on the top of my screen comes down with 1080p on it,  its driving me up the wall I have gone through all the settings on the TV but nothing is working..
