KD-55XD8599BU, does it have 10bit and HDR10?

The XD85 series TV uses an 8bit IPS panel with FRC (Frame Rate Control). A good explaination of FRC can be found HERE.
According to HERE - this TV supports HDR10.
Sony have been little cagey on their specs page on this, and we have been asking for clarrification on the technical aspects of 8 bit panels with FRC for the HDR10 standard. Sony is aware of the confusions and I believe they may be in the process of a support article to explain things more clearer.
