We have a KDL-46HX853. We are trying to use Amazon Prime through the app in SEN. The app loads, we can see all the programs and program details but we try to play any of the content it gets to load but we get a 'content error' message.
The TV firmware is up-to-date (PKG2.120EUA-0002), the internet services are up-to-date, we can play programs through the iPlayer app and the Netflix app.
I don't know if it is related but the Sony home page programmed into the web browser (ps://www.sony.co.uk/locale-selector) also doesn't load and gives a fatal error (70) from server.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Spmillsy,
Can you try refreshing the internet content (Home-settings-Network-Refresh internet content)? If that didn't help, maybe try connecting the TV to a different Network if possible.

Prime was down last week on certain sony platforms, all should be back up and running now.
