Some channels pixelating on KD49x8309c

Just the last week we can’t watch some channels as they are badly pixelated 

namely Quest sky arts and more it’s connected via a BTTV box it’s been fine for years what’s going on?

we’ve rebooted check leads aerial etc etc

Our other Tv  a JVC on an indoor aerial is fine !

Hello @Sue48Torquay have you tested the same BTTV box with another TV? You may also want to try different HDMI cables through different HDMI ports and check
