Sony Bravia KD-32EX403 Internet access

I bought this TV a couple of yrars ago being told it was a Smart TV.  In reality internet access is pathetic! You can access Amazon prime (but I don't subscribe) but I can't access BBC iPlayer or Netflix or YouTube!!  There are a load of other apps under internet video (mainly German in origin it seems?) which are complete rubbish.  Diabolical - not smart at all!

Not sure how I would do that.  I have gone in to Settings and clicked Refresh Internet Content ( I thought that would help but it didnt).  Do you knw whether Netflix and iPlayer are avaialble on this TV?  The options under the Video section are competely underwhelming!
