Sony Bravia Smart TV 40vve663bu doesn’t work!!

Four months old. Stopped working. PCWorld not interested - they say it’s Sony issue and they won’t help. Sony impossible to talk to. FOUR MONTHS old and I have to throw it in recycling and buy another TV!! I will NEVER buy a Sony anything again! Very disappointed as I’ve always bought Sony up until now.

Are you aware there is something called warranty on any product you buy @Unhappycustomer1 ?

Thay will substitute or repair it for free.
