I have a KDL-46W5810 bought about 12 months ago with a Freesat package. The BBC red button services worked fine and during big sports events the sports multiscreen service, accessed via the red button, used to have up to 6 channels. About 3 months ago it stopped working and all I got ( and still get) is ' please wait' when I select sport multiscreen. I contacted Freesat who told me that this was a known Sony problem and that they would have a 'fix' I could down load. I rang Sony and was told that this was being worked on and would be ready in a week or so. This was about 2 months ago. I have searched the Sony site but can find no information on the Sports Multiscteen issue. Does anyone out there have the same problem or even better, have a solution?
