I have no idea on that particular site on your TV, however many websites, especially more complicated ones, will not work properly via a tv. This is because the websites generally require various plugins and software installed for it to work, and this is where it falls over, because TVs are not built to be able to install these pluggins.
For example, I cannot log in to this site via my TV (NX723).
Your best bet (pardon the pun) is to use a computer/laptop or even smartphone.
