I have found the picture quality of some of the internet services to be very variable. (I have a good internet download speed and am using a cat 5 cable)
Is there any way of telling what the resolution of a feed is?
With lovefilm some content appears to be better than SD, but at times compression artefacts are extremely visible.
Is any of the 5 on demand stuff HD?
Is my understanding correct (after reading some of the threads below) that BBC iplayer will give SD on my TV, but that I can get HD on a (Bravia) Blu-Ray player? If so any idea when HD will come to TV
I also understand that we may get ITV & C4 players soon, will they be HD?
