How to use Motion Eye?

Simple really....

How the hell do you use the motion eye camera in a VGN-FZ31Z ? I cannot find any software that relates to it on my Sony....

I was hoping that I might use it as a web cam with an instant messenger like Trillian or Pidgin...

Hi hoobsdad.

Under All Programs you should find 'Vaio Camera Capture Utility'. Run this and your camera image and controls should appear.

You can usually set up the camera from within the IM program.

Hmmm.....don't seem to have this, weird really as this is a full original install. Will go run my backup disks and see if it's in there. FYI the Motion Eye shows up as installed under device manager. Thanks for your help on this.
