Hi there, I've got a FZ21M and I've been attempting to record some of my own acoustic music directly into it using the mic input, however there is a massive delay / latency issue when I try and monitor the incoming sound. It all worked like a dream on my old DELL PC so I'm feeling a little bit let down.
I was warned that the internal sound cards aren't great on these notebooks, but stunned that my spanking new laptop seems to have a worse soundcard (in terms of recording) than a £10 soundblaster in a 15 year old PC!
If anyone can suggest an external soundcard that they use or another solution it'd be much appreciated.
