REPLACEMENT PARTS - WHERE FROM...?

Have just really scratched the lid of my A497XP Vaio laptop....!

Not too happy, careless!

Anyway, I awould appreciate some help getting a new lid. It is th part with Vaio etched on it, behind the screen.

It is unlikely that you will source the part in Europe. I suggest that you contact Nexttronics, a US based company that will ship world wide. Unfortunately you will not find your particular model listed but the chances are that the part will be identical to another A series. They should be able to offer advice on this.
