Sony Play Memories

After using Sony 'Play Memories' for a good few years now, it is now refusing to work for me - it wont even open anymore.... I have done all the usual things like uninstalling and using the error fixer etc but to no avail. Any suggestions or shall i just find another app?

Hi @photojanis72, welcome to the community.

There was a new version released in February (see here) which may or may not help, depending on the PlayMemories version you already have and the underlying issue you have with the app. 

As you can see from the above link, PlayMemories is being phased out and its replacement, Imaging Edge, is available for download now. I'd recommend checking that out if you're still having issues.
