Suitable DVD DL blank media

I am using MIRROR brand blank DVD+R DL 8.5Gb discs. One will burn, the next three not... etc. If anyone has had any success with DVD+R DL 8.5Gb discs, please let me know the brand and where I can get. Thanks I.I.V.
