VAIO Care Recovery Update

Hi

I am having difficulty downloading VAIO Care Recovery Update 0f 31/03/14 on my new SVF 1521J1EW.  It downloads part of the way then fails, giving the message, 'Please wait a while, then try again'. Therefore I cannot set up a recovery media.  Any ideas?
