high im running on windows 10..after a recent update my vaio care was deleted.. i installed  a version through microsoft store but isnt responding ..ive installed the desktop version it isnt responding well either says to do status checks i have to install a upgraded version 5.0 or higher...sony vaio svj series

Have you tried reinstalling from the Sony Support website?

Vaio Care may have some dependencies and you may need to install the Sony Shared Library, Notebook Utilities, Sony Firmware Extension Parser before installing all the Vaio Care and Vaio Control Centre software.
