I can receive Traffic Alerts on FM radio when tuned into local BBC station; but when listening to DAB. source TA does not cut into broadcast as it should; could this be a weak signal issue or is it an equipment problem. I have reset radio and set ALL settings properly, any suggestions please
Hey theavenger, I don't think this is related to the car system, what you get or don't get on the Radio isn't relevant to the device itself, maybe try contacting the broadcaster?

I think it must be the device as TA interrupts the FM;CD player and Bluetooth players; I have contacted Sony Support and they confirm TA alerts on FM radio should interrupt DAB transmissions, as stated in the operating manual. Thanks anyway.
