Hi, all. Over a week ago my right wf1000xm4 died on me. So i purchased online a replacement . I received it today but its playing silly bugger with the existing left earbud by not synching with it ie left does not appear to be cnmmunicating with the new earbud and vice versa. I cannot add them to sony headphone connect app ie the new earbud shows zero % battery even at 90% charge . I have put them in the case and opened lid 5-6 times to reset and held my fingers on the touch sensors to try to pair . Any body been able to find a solution. Thanks

Hey @Cookiemonsteruk
The earbuds have pre-set information that allows them to communicate with each other. Only an Authorised Service Center can configure your earbuds' settings to align their firmware versions. All three components (left earbud, right earbud, charging case) must be present during the configuration
