Lost one of my earbuds. Replced it but the new one would not connect. Red online to reset the buds. Have done so by putting them in one by one and pressing connect button for 20 seconds which appears to have worked. However, now they won't connect to anything and the connect button does not cause the blue light. They have been taken out of the case and I am following the sony process. Please help!
I believe that the WF-C700N doesn't support replacement of earbuds and doesn't have any spare parts for replacements that are officially provided by Sony.
Unfortunately, you'll need to buy a new set.
