Hello,

I bought a new Sony Bravia KDL-40R455B and I'm very disapointed with slow loading of Guide menu and other features (Sometimes it takes about 15 seconds to load Guide menu). I had old Sony TV and everything worked well -> my antenna works well.

I tried reset TV to factory settings and updated firmware (v8.117). Nothing helped.

I'm pretty sure, it is just firmware bug by Sony.

Is there any way to fix this? Can I contact Sony development team or somehow repair this problem?
