SD card Help

Hi, I bought a Sony Xperia z2 tablet the other day but when I put my sd card in nothing happens. The sd card doesn't show up and under storage the options are blanked out and I can't click them as you can see in the image. When I take the sd card out the sd card options are the same and I am unable to click them.

Can anyone please help?

Hi 

Have you tried it with an adaptor and tested it on a PC? if this works and you can see the card try formating it in FAT32 and put it back into the Z2.

If it don't work on the PC the return it back and exchange it for one that will.
